Sant Miquel de Balansat is a charming village located in the northeast part of Ibiza. Ibiza is a beautiful Spanish island. This village is part of the Sant Joan de Labritja area. You can find it along the road known as PM 804.
Sant Miquel is about 10.9 miles (17.5 km) north of Ibiza Town. Ibiza Town is the main city on the island. It is also about 15.1 miles (24.3 km) away from Ibiza Airport. If you travel 5.0 kilometres (3.1 mi) north from the village, you will reach the coastal area of Port de Sant Miquel.
About Sant Miquel Village
Sant Miquel is the biggest town in the Sant Joan de Labritja area. It mixes old and new buildings. You can still see some older houses standing next to modern shops and apartments.
The Village Church
On the northern side of the village, there is a church on top of a hill. This church is very important to the village. It is named after the Archangel Saint Michael.
