Sarah Hadland (born 15 May 1971) is an English actress. She is well known for playing Stevie Sutton in the popular BBC One comedy TV show Miranda (from 2009 to 2015, and again in 2020). She also played Trish in the show The Job Lot (from 2013 to 2015).
Sarah has appeared in several movies, including the James Bond film Quantum of Solace (2008) as a receptionist. Other movie roles include Magicians (2007) and Leap Year (2010). On TV, she was in the comedy-drama Moving Wallpaper (2008–2009) and the funny sketch show That Mitchell and Webb Look (2008–2010). She also appeared in the popular children's show Horrible Histories (2009, 2012–2013, 2015).

Sarah Hadland's Early Life
Sarah Hadland was born on May 15, 1971. She started learning to dance when she was just three years old. When she was at Wilmslow High School in Cheshire, she loved acting in school plays with a local youth group called Tempo.
After high school, Sarah went to Laine Theatre Arts College in Epsom, Surrey. At 19, she began her acting career in theatre. She performed in famous musicals like Cats and Grease in London's West End.
After six years, she started touring with theatre shows, including Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?. During this time, she also began working as a voice actor. She did voices for commercials, like a white kitten in a Catsan ad and an American surfer girl for VO5 shampoo. She also provided voices for the PlayStation 2 video game Dragon Quest VIII.
Her Acting Career
Sarah's TV career started with smaller parts in shows like Bad Girls and The Bill. She then got bigger roles in comedies such as Green Wing and Broken News. She also appeared in films like Confetti and Magicians.
In November 2009, Sarah Hadland joined Miranda Hart in the BBC comedy series Miranda. She played Stevie Sutton, Miranda's best friend and shop manager. The show became very popular.
From 2007 to 2012, she was a regular voice on the BBC Radio 4 comedy show Bleak Expectations. This show was a funny take on old books by Charles Dickens. Sarah voiced several characters, including Lily Sourquill and Miss Christmasham.
In 2011, Sarah was cast as Linda Radleigh, a new English teacher, in the BBC drama Waterloo Road. She also appeared in the popular children's show Horrible Histories on the CBBC channel between 2009 and 2015. From 2013 to 2015, Sarah played Trish in the ITV comedy The Job Lot, which was set in a busy Jobcentre.
In August 2024, Sarah was announced as a contestant on the 22nd season of Strictly Come Dancing. She danced with Vito Coppola and they made it to the final, finishing as runners-up.
