In 2010, a census counted 363 people living in Scandinavia. These people lived in 147 households, and 97 of these were families. The village had about 412.5 people per square mile (159.3 people per square kilometer).

There were 166 housing units in the village. Most residents, 97.2%, were White. A small number were African American (0.6%), Native American (0.3%), or from other races (1.7%). About 2.2% of the population identified as Hispanic or Latino.
