Scott Weinger (born October 5, 1975) is an American actor, writer, and producer. He is famous for being the voice of Aladdin in the classic 1992 Disney movie. Many people also know him as Steve Hale from the TV show Full House and its sequel, Fuller House.
Besides acting, Weinger has also worked behind the scenes. He has written and produced popular TV shows like Galavant and Black-ish. He was also a co-executive producer for the show The Muppets.

Early Life and Education
Scott Weinger was born in New York City. He is Jewish. After high school, he went to the famous Harvard University. He studied English and American Literature and graduated with high honors in 1998.
Acting Career
Weinger started his acting career with a TV commercial for a toy company. His first movie role was a small part in Police Academy 5: Assignment Miami Beach. Soon after, he began appearing in TV shows.
He was a main character in the comedy series The Family Man. His big break came when he was cast as Steve Hale, D.J. Tanner's boyfriend, on the popular sitcom Full House. He played this role from 1991 to 1995 and returned for the sequel series, Fuller House, from 2016 to 2020.
The Voice of Aladdin

While he was on Full House, Weinger landed his most famous role. He became the voice of the main character in Disney's animated movie Aladdin. His voice brought the charming "street rat" to life.
He continued to voice Aladdin in many other projects. These include the movie sequels The Return of Jafar and Aladdin and the King of Thieves. He also voiced the character in the Aladdin TV show and in video games like the Kingdom Hearts series.
Other Roles
Weinger has appeared in many other movies and TV shows. He starred in the horror-comedy movie Shredder and provided a voice for the English version of the animated film Metropolis. He also had guest roles on shows like Scrubs and What I Like About You.
Writing and Producing
After finding success as an actor, Weinger began to write and produce for television. He got his first writing job on the show Like Family. He later wrote for shows like What I Like About You and Privileged.
From 2009 to 2013, he was a writer and producer for the teen drama 90210. After that, he worked on comedy shows, including The Neighbors, Galavant, Black-ish, and The Muppets.

Scott Weinger married television writer and producer Rina Mimoun in 2008. They have one son, who was born in 2009.
