Scott Weinger (born October 5, 1975) is an American actor, writer, and producer. He is most famous for being the voice of the Disney character Aladdin in the 1992 animated movie Aladdin and its follow-ups. He also played Steve Hale on the TV show Full House and its sequel Fuller House. Scott Weinger has also written and produced for several TV shows, like Galavant and Black-ish.

Early Life and Education
Scott Weinger was born in New York City on October 5, 1975. He went to Harvard University and graduated in 1998 with high honors. He studied English and American Literature.
Acting Career
Scott Weinger started acting professionally when he was young. His very first job was in a national TV commercial for Ideal Toys. He then got his first movie role in Police Academy 5: Assignment Miami Beach.
He became a regular on the TV comedy show The Family Man. Later, he joined the popular sitcom Full House in 1991. He played the character Steve Hale until 1995.
Voicing Aladdin
While working on Full House, Scott Weinger got a huge role: he became the voice of Aladdin in Disney's animated movie Aladdin (1992). This was his first time doing voice acting for a major film.

He continued to voice Aladdin many times after the movie. He was Aladdin in the Aladdin TV series and in the direct-to-video sequels The Return of Jafar and Aladdin and the King of Thieves. You can also hear his voice as Aladdin in several video games, including the Kingdom Hearts series and the Disney Infinity games.
Other Roles
After Full House, Scott Weinger appeared in other TV shows and movies. He was in a horror comedy film called Shredder (2003). He also lent his voice to the animated film Metropolis and the Disney 3D attraction Mickey's PhilharMagic. He had a guest role on the TV show Scrubs and played Officer Rubin on What I Like About You.
From 2016 to 2020, Scott Weinger returned to his famous role as Steve Hale in Fuller House, the spin-off series of Full House.
Writing and Producing Career
Besides acting, Scott Weinger has also worked as a writer and producer for television. His first writing credit was for the TV show Like Family. He also wrote for shows like What I Like About You and Privileged.
From 2009 to 2013, he was a writer and producer for the show 90210. He even wrote the 100th episode of that series. After 90210, he worked on comedy shows such as The Neighbors, Galavant, Black-ish, and The Muppets.
Personal Life
Scott Weinger is married to Rina Mimoun, who is also a television writer and producer. They got married in 2008 and have one son, who was born in 2009.
