Sergej Ćetković (born on March 8, 1976) is a famous singer from Montenegro. He is known for his pop music. Sergej lives and works in Belgrade, the capital city of Serbia. He even represented Montenegro in the big Eurovision Song Contest 2014.

Who is Sergej Ćetković?
Early Life and Music Beginnings
Sergej Ćetković was born in Podgorica, Montenegro, on March 8, 1976. He started his musical journey very early, at just seven years old. His first time performing was with a young Montenegrin group called Vatrena srca, which means "Fiery Hearts." In this group, he played the piano and sang. This experience made him want to become a professional musician.
Starting a Music Career
Sergej began his singing career in 1998. He performed at a well-known festival called Sunčane skale. His song was titled Bila si ruža, which means "You were a rose."
Two years later, in December 2000, he released his first music album. It was called Kristina. This album was a big hit! A company named Goraton bought the rights to the album and sold it across the countries that used to be part of Yugoslavia.
Releasing More Albums
In December 2002, Sergej released his second album. It was named Budi mi voda, meaning "Be my water." This album had 12 brand new songs.
In 2003, he took part in the Budva festival with his song Postojim i ja. This song won an award for its excellent arrangement. In 2005, Goraton released a special collection of his best songs, called The Best Of.
After that, Sergej released his third album, Kad ti zatreba. This album featured 10 new songs. One of the most popular songs from this album was Pogledi u tami, which means "Glances in the dark."
Successful Concert Tours
In 2007, Sergej had a very successful tour across Serbia and Montenegro. All his concerts were completely sold out! In many towns, he had to add extra shows because so many people wanted to see him. This huge success surprised everyone. The song Pogledi u tami was the biggest hit of the tour.
Representing Montenegro at Eurovision
On November 19, 2013, Sergej Ćetković was chosen to represent Montenegro at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. His song for the contest was called Moj svijet, meaning "My World."
He did very well in the first semi-final and made it to the grand final on May 10. This was the first time Montenegro had ever reached the Eurovision final! In the end, he finished in 19th place out of 26 countries.
