Sérgio Cláudio dos Santos (born 27 June 1971), known as Serginho, is a Brazilian former football player. He was a fast and energetic player. Serginho played as a left-back, left midfielder, or left winger.
He is famous for his time with A.C. Milan in Italy. With Milan, he won the Champions League twice. These wins were in 2003 and 2007. He also helped them win the Serie A title in 2003–04. Serginho also played for the Brazilian national team. He won the 1999 Copa América with Brazil. After retiring, he worked as a manager and agent.

Serginho's Club Career Highlights
Serginho started his football journey in Brazil. He played for teams like Cruzeiro and São Paulo. In 1999, he moved to Italy to join AC Milan. At first, he was often a substitute player. But he quickly became a key player for the team.
Memorable Matches with Milan
One of Serginho's best games was on 11 May 2001. He scored one goal and helped with three others. This helped Milan win 6–0 against their big rivals, Inter Milan. This match is known as the Derby della Madonnina.
He also played a big part in Milan's Champions League victory in 2003. In the final against Juventus, the game went to a penalty shootout. Serginho scored the first penalty for Milan. This helped them win the trophy.
However, the 2005 Champions League Final was different. Milan was leading 3–0 at half-time against Liverpool. But Liverpool came back and won on penalties. Serginho missed his penalty shot in that game.
Winning More Trophies

Serginho played for the Brazilian national team ten times. He played for his country between 1998 and 2001. He scored one goal for Brazil. This goal was in the 1999 FIFA Confederations Cup Final.
He probably would have played more for Brazil. But another great player, Roberto Carlos, was usually the starting left-back. Serginho was part of the team that won the 1999 Copa América in 1999. He also helped Brazil get second place in the 1999 Confederations Cup. He missed the 2002 World Cup because of an injury.
