Sharon E. Clahchischilliage was born in 1947 or 1948. She is an American politician and a member of the Navajo Nation. She used to be a Republican member of the New Mexico House of Representatives. She represented District 4 from 2013 to 2018.
Later, in 2022, she was chosen to join the New Mexico Public Education Commission for District 5. In 2024, she ran for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives for New Mexico's 3rd district. She did not win this election.

Sharon Clahchischilliage was born in Farmington, New Mexico. Her parents were Eleanor and Herb Clah. She is a proud member of the Navajo Nation.

Sharon went to the University of New Mexico. She earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in education from Eastern New Mexico University. She also received her Master of Arts (MA) degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania.

Sharon served as the Acting Executive Director for Government Development. She also worked as a Senior Programs/Projects Specialist for the Navajo Nation's Division of Transportation.

- 2012 Election: Sharon ran for the District 4 seat in the New Mexico House of Representatives. She ran against the current Democratic Representative, Ray Begaye. Sharon won the Republican Primary election with 958 votes. Then, she won the main election on November 6, 2012. She received 5,856 votes, which was 61.4% of all votes.
- 2002 Election: Sharon ran for Secretary of State of New Mexico. She was the only Republican candidate in the primary election. However, she lost the main election on November 5, 2002, to the Democratic Secretary, Rebecca Vigil-Giron.
