Shumpei Inoue (井上 俊平, Inoue Shumpei) was a Japanese football player. He was known for playing as a forward. He also played for the Japan national team.
Playing for Clubs
After finishing his studies at Mikage Higher Normal School, Shumpei Inoue joined a football club called Osaka SC. Many other talented players who also played for the Japan national team were part of Osaka SC during that time. Some of these players included Kiyoo Kanda, Shiro Azumi, and Yoshio Fujiwara.
