Siloam Springs is located in the western part of Howell County, Missouri. It sits about two miles south of Route 14. You can find it on Missouri Route T. This community is also just east of the corner of Douglas County. It is about fifteen miles northwest of a larger town called West Plains.

The area around Siloam Springs is known for its natural spring. Water from this spring flows west into a stream called Tabor Creek. Tabor Creek then joins Spring Creek. Spring Creek is a smaller river that eventually flows into the Norfork River. The Norfork River is located in the southeastern part of Douglas County. The land where Siloam Springs is located is quite high up. Its elevation is about 1,060 feet above sea level.

Siloam Springs got its name from a special nearby mineral spring. A mineral spring is a natural spring where the water contains different minerals.
