Simon Nessman's Early Life
Simon Nessman was born in Courtenay, British Columbia. He is the youngest of four children. In 2006, when he was 17, a friend of his sister sent his pictures to a talent scout named Kelly Streit. This is how Simon was "discovered" for modeling.
At that time, Simon was still in high school at Georges P Vanier Secondary. He decided to finish school before starting his modeling career. After graduating, he moved to New York City and lived there for five years to begin his work as a model.
Simon was also a very good athlete. He played basketball and rugby for his school teams. He even received offers to play college basketball from The University of The Fraser Valley and Quest University in British Columbia.
In 2013, Simon went back to Canada to play college basketball at Quest University in Squamish. He graduated in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree.

Simon Nessman is most famous for being the main model for Giorgio Armani. He has also appeared in advertisements for many other well-known brands. These include Versace, D&G, Givenchy, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Lanvin, Yves Saint Laurent, Barneys, Gap, and John Galliano.
In 2012, Simon was in the music video for Madonna's song, Girl Gone Wild. Famous fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott directed the video.
He has walked in fashion shows for top designers like Salvatore Ferragamo, Roberto Cavalli, Tommy Hilfiger, Emporio Armani, Viktor & Rolf, Lacoste, DSquared², Narciso Rodriguez, and Michael Kors.
