Instead, it's part of larger areas called towns and counties. Sniderville is split between two towns, Wrightstown and Kaukauna, and two counties, Brown and Outagamie.
Where is Sniderville Located?
Sniderville is found in the eastern part of Wisconsin. You can find it along a major road called U.S. Route 41, which is also known as Interstate 41 in that area. It's also near some smaller local roads, like Brown County Trunk DDD and Brown County Trunk U.
How Sniderville Got Its Name
This community was named after a person! His name was John Snider. He moved to Wisconsin from a place called Cayuga County, New York. In 1859, John Snider helped set up the first post office in the area. Because of his efforts, the community was named Sniderville in his honor.
