Sofi Margareta Fahrman (born July 20, 1979, in Stockholm) is a Swedish journalist and fashion reporter. She is well-known for her work with the newspaper Aftonbladet. Sofi runs a popular blog called Sofis Mode on Aftonbladet's website. She also publishes her own fashion magazine, Sofis mode, every week as a special part of the Aftonbladet newspaper. Before starting her own magazine, Sofi was an editor for Klick!, a magazine about celebrities and entertainment. She lives in Stockholm, Sweden.

Sofi Fahrman has a younger sister named Frida Fahrman. Frida is also a fashion editor and reporter, just like Sofi. Sofi was married to a Dutch businessman named Nick Zijlstra. They have a daughter together named Lily, who was born on May 18, 2013.
