The South Fork Malheur River is a smaller river that flows into the Malheur River in Oregon, a state in the United States. This area of Oregon doesn't have many people living in it.

The South Fork Malheur River starts its journey southeast of a small place called New Princeton. It begins near Oregon Route 78. From there, it flows mostly towards the northeast.

Its journey ends when it joins the larger Malheur River. This meeting point is close to another small community called Riverside. The South Fork joins the Malheur River about 96 miles (154 km) upstream from where the Malheur River itself flows into the Snake River.
