South Pasadena is a city in southern Pinellas County, Florida, United States. It is located near St. Pete Beach and Gulfport. This city is part of the larger Tampa–St. Petersburg–Clearwater region. In 2020, about 5,353 people lived there.

Geography and Location
South Pasadena is found at specific coordinates: 27.754393 degrees North and 82.739871 degrees West. This means it's located in a particular spot on Earth.
The city sits on a piece of land that sticks out into Boca Ciega Bay. To the east, it's next to Bear Creek. To the north, it borders the Pasadena neighborhood of St. Petersburg.
South Pasadena also includes several islands. These islands are Pasadena Isle, Deadman's Key, Sun Island, and Cat Island. All of these islands have people living on them, except for Cat Island.
The city covers a total area of about 1.1 square miles (3.0 square kilometers). Out of this, 0.7 square miles (1.8 square kilometers) is land. The rest, about 0.5 square miles (1.2 square kilometers), is water. This means a good part of the city's area is covered by water!
