Spasm Geyser is a special kind of geyser found in the Lower Geyser Basin of Yellowstone National Park in the United States. A geyser is a natural hot spring that shoots out a column of hot water and steam into the air.
About Spasm Geyser
Spasm Geyser is part of a group of geysers called the Fountain Group. You can find it in a famous part of Yellowstone National Park. It is located near a walking path, close to Fountain Geyser. It sits right in front of Clepsydra Geyser and to the right of Jelly Geyser.
Spasm Geyser's Unique Connection
What makes Spasm Geyser really interesting is its connection to another geyser, Fountain Geyser. When Fountain Geyser erupts and shoots water high into the sky, Spasm Geyser actually stops its own eruptions. It's like they share the same underground water system! This means you won't see both geysers erupting at the same time.
