Sprey Island (which means "Spray Island" in Bulgarian) is a small island mostly covered in ice. It's about 1.23 kilometers (0.76 miles) long and 460 meters (1,509 feet) wide. You can find it in the Dannebrog Islands group, which is part of the Wilhelm Archipelago near the Antarctic Peninsula. The island covers an area of about 27.94 hectares, which is roughly the size of 50 football fields!
The island got its name because its shape looks a bit like a spray bottle. This name fits in with other islands nearby that also have descriptive names.
