Spreyton is a small town and suburb in Tasmania, Australia. It's located near the city of Devonport. Most of Spreyton is part of the City of Devonport area. A smaller part, about 25%, belongs to the Latrobe Council.
In 2021, about 1,876 people lived in Spreyton. It's known for Spreyton Fresh, a family business. They have been growing apples there since 1908. Since 1997, they have made delicious fresh apple juice.
The Spreyton Post Office first opened a long time ago, on February 19, 1883.

Golf
The Devonport Golf Club is located at Woodrising Golf Course. This course has hosted big events before. One of them was the Tasmanian Open Golf Championships. A famous designer named Vern Morcom created the course. He also designed the Royal Hobart Golf Course.
