St. Clairsville is a small town, also called a borough, located in Bedford County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. In 2020, about 76 people lived there.

The borough was named after Major-General Arthur St. Clair. He was a hero in the American Revolutionary War and later became a governor of the Northwest Territory.

Where is St. Clairsville?

St. Clairsville is in the northern part of Bedford County. It sits at the bottom of Evitts Mountain, which is a mountain to its east.

A major highway, Interstate 99/U.S. 220, runs close to the east side of the borough. You can get there from Exit 7. The county seat, Bedford, is about 11 miles south. Altoona is about 29 miles north. An older road, Pennsylvania Route 869, also passes near St. Clairsville.
