Stephen Brian Wooldridge OAM (born October 17, 1977 – died August 14, 2017) was a famous Australian racing cyclist. He was a champion in track cycling, winning an Olympic gold medal and four world championships. Stephen was born in Sydney, Australia. He was also supported by the Australian Institute of Sport, which helps talented athletes.

In 2005, Stephen received a special award called the Medal of the Order of Australia. This was for his amazing achievement of winning a gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. He was also added to the NSW Hall of Champions in 2015, which honors great athletes from New South Wales.
