According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.8 square miles (2.1 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 793 people, 308 households, and 216 families residing in the town. The population density was 991 people per square mile (381/km²). There were 341 housing units at an average density of 426 per square mile (164/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 90.2% White, 11.6% Native American, 0.3% Black or African American, 0.0% Pacific Islander, 0.6% from other races, and 4.7% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.7% of the population.
There were 308 households out of which 34.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.2% were married couples living together, 13.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.9% were non-families. 25.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.57 and the average family size was 3.11.
In the town, the population was spread out with 29.5% under the age of 18, 8.6% from 18 to 24, 26.1% from 25 to 44, 20.6% from 45 to 64, and 15.2% who were 65 years of age or older.
