Stéphane Bern (French pronunciation: [stefan bɛʁn]) was born on November 14, 1963. He is a well-known journalist, radio host, and TV presenter from France and Luxembourg. He is famous for his knowledge about nobility and royal families. Stéphane Bern has received many awards from different countries for his work.

Early Life and Education

Stéphane Bern grew up in Paris, France, where he attended high school at Lycée Carnot. After that, he studied at the École de management de Lyon, a business school, and graduated in 1985. His parents, Melita Schlanger and Louis Bern, were from Jewish families in Poland. They moved to Switzerland and France before World War II.

Working in Magazines

Stéphane Bern started his career in magazines. From 1985 to 1987, he was an editor for a magazine called Dynasty. Then, in 1988, he worked as a journalist for Jours de France. Since 1999, he has been a deputy editor for the "Events" section of Le Figaro Madame magazine.

On the Radio

Stéphane Bern has a long history in radio. From 1992 to 1997, he talked about different royal families on Europe 1 radio. Later, he joined Radio Télévision Luxembourg and was part of the show Les Grosses Têtes.
