Surviving Summer is a fun and exciting TV show from Australia. It's made especially for kids and teenagers and you can watch it on Netflix. The story is about a rebellious girl named Summer Torres from Brooklyn. She gets sent to live with family friends in a tiny beach town called Shorehaven. This town is located on the beautiful Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia. Even though Summer tries her best not to like it, she ends up falling in love with the town, the people, and especially the amazing surf!

Surviving Summer was created by two talented people: Joanna Werner and Josh Mapleston. They worked hard to bring this story to life. Joanna Werner is also an Executive Producer, along with Stuart Menzies.
The show's stories were written by Josh Mapleston, Marieke Hardy, Magda Wozniak, Keir Wilkins, Gemma Crofts, and Kirsty Fisher. The main director who helped set up the show was Ben Chessell. Sian Davies and Charlotte George also directed episodes.
