The Taiwan Statebuilding Party (TSP) is a political group in Taiwan. It started in 2016 and was first called Taiwan Radical Wings. The TSP works closely with another party, the Democratic Progressive Party. They aim to replace other parties they believe are not fully loyal to Taiwan. These include the Kuomintang and the Taiwan People's Party. In the 2024 elections, the TSP did not win any seats. This meant they were no longer a national political party.

Chen Po-wei's Time in Office
Chen Po-wei's time in the Legislative Yuan was short. In October 2021, people voted to remove him from office. This process is called a "recall." More people voted to recall him than to keep him. Because of this, Chen Po-wei had to leave his position. He could not run for that same seat again for four years.
