You can find Ten Mile Run along Route 27, which is also known as the Lincoln Highway. It's close to where Route 27 meets County Route 518.
Right across Route 27 is South Brunswick in Middlesex County. Ten Mile Run has many single-family homes spread out. There are also shops and businesses along Route 27.
The rest of the area has forests and hills. The land slopes down towards the Delaware and Raritan Canal and the Millstone River. Nearby, Kendall Park has more homes packed closer together.
