Teo Gebert (born 2 September 1974) is an Australian actor. He is well-known for his many roles in films, TV shows, and theatre plays. Many people know him best as a regular presenter on the children's TV show Play School.

Teo Gebert's Early Life and Family
Teo Gebert grew up in a very creative family. His family had a strong background in theatre and music. His father is a musician, and his mother is an actor. His uncle, Reg Livermore, is also an actor. Teo's grandfather used to run theatres, and his grandmother dreamed of being a ballerina.
After finishing high school, Teo studied acting. He trained at the Ensemble Theatre in Sydney. He also studied at The Atlantic Theatre Company in New York. Another place he trained was the Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP).

Teo Gebert first appeared on stage in 1990. He was in a musical called Big Sister, created by his uncle, Reg Livermore. He has performed in many other plays over the years. These include The Trackers of Oxyrhynchus and The Heartbreak Kid. He also appeared in Blackrock and The Life of Galileo. From 2006 to 2007, he was a co-lead in live Play School shows.

Teo Gebert started his film career in 1992. His first movie was an Australian thriller called Fatal Bond. In 1993, he appeared in the American action film Sniper.
He played main characters in Australian independent films. These included Square One (1997) and The Venus Factory. He also had a supporting role in the drama The Boys. In 1998, he started working with director Paul Middleditch. They worked together on the film Terra Nova. In 2001, they wrote and worked on the film A Cold Summer.
Other films Teo has appeared in include Under the Radar (2004) and Safety in Numbers. He played a character named Elmo in the 2008 comedy Crooked Business. In 2017, he was in the film Emporium.
Television Appearances
In 2000, Teo Gebert had a regular role as Skeez Goivanelli. He appeared in 35 episodes of the TV series Above the Law. He also played Laurie Prendergast in Underbelly: A Tale of Two Cities in 2009. This was a crime drama series. In 2010, he played Dr Daniel Lovallo on the popular soap opera Home and Away.
Teo has also made many guest appearances on other TV shows. Some of these include Family and Friends, G.P., The Feds, and Murder Call. He also appeared in Wildside, Stingers, and Farscape.
Since 2004, Teo Gebert has been a regular presenter on Play School. This is a very popular children's TV show that has been on for over twenty years. In 2012, he was also in a spin-off show called Little Ted's Big Adventures. He has also appeared in two seasons of the comedy web series Avalon Now.
Teo Gebert's Personal Life
Teo Gebert lives in Bondi, Australia. He lives with his partner, Jane Wallace. They have a daughter named Harriet and two sons, Roy and Charlie.
Teo is an ambassador for Red Nose Day. This is a special fundraising event. It helps to reduce infant deaths and supports families who are grieving.
