Terrance Bullitt (born August 5, 1991) is an American former professional football player. He played as a linebacker, a defensive position in football. Terrance Bullitt played college football for the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

Early Life and High School Football

Terrance Bullitt grew up in Garland, Texas. He played football at Naaman Forest High School. In high school, he played the safety position. This position is part of the defense and helps stop the other team from scoring.

During his time in high school, Terrance was recognized as a top player. He earned a spot on the All-District 10-5A First Team. This means he was one of the best players in his area. Experts also rated him as a "3-star prospect," which showed he was a promising talent for college football.

College Career at Texas Tech

Terrance Bullitt went on to play college football for Texas Tech. When he first started in 2009, he "redshirted." This means he practiced with the team but didn't play in any games. It allowed him to train and get stronger without using up a year of his college playing eligibility.

Freshman Season (2010)

In 2010, Terrance played in all 12 games for Texas Tech. He made 23 tackles while playing as a safety. A tackle is when a defensive player stops the player with the ball.

Sophomore Season (2011)

His 2011 season was very successful. Before the season started, he was named a potential All-Big 12 Conference player. He started in all 12 games. Terrance made 56 tackles and was very good at stopping opponents behind the line of scrimmage. He also broke up 4 passes. His strong performance earned him honorable mention honors for the All-Big 12 Conference team. During this time, he was dealing with a shoulder injury that needed surgery after the season ended.

Junior Season (2012)

In 2012, Terrance played in 10 games and started 7 of them. Unfortunately, another shoulder injury kept him from playing in the last three games. He still managed to make 19 tackles and record a sack. A sack is when a defensive player tackles the opposing team's quarterback.

Senior Season (2013)

For his senior year in 2013, Terrance switched positions to linebacker. He played in all 13 games and started 12 of them. He had 37 tackles, 2 sacks, and broke up 9 passes. He also recovered two fumbles, which means he picked up the ball after an opponent dropped it.

Professional Football Journey

After college, Terrance Bullitt hoped to play in the NFL. He was not chosen in the 2014 NFL draft, which means he was "undrafted." However, the Baltimore Ravens signed him as a free agent. This gave him a chance to join an NFL team.

Later in his career, Terrance played for other professional football teams. In 2018, he signed with the Arizona Hotshots for the 2019 season. This team was part of the Alliance of American Football (AAF). However, he was released from the team before the season officially began. He also played for the Hudson Valley Fort in 2015 and the Edmonton Eskimos (now Elks) in 2017.
