Terrill Shaw (born February 4, 1976) is a former American football player. He played as a wide receiver and defensive back. Terrill Shaw spent nine seasons in the Arena Football League (AFL). He played for several teams, including the Buffalo Destroyers and Tampa Bay Storm.
Shaw played college football at the University of Southern Mississippi. He was a very important player in the AFL. He even won the MVP award in ArenaBowl XV. He also spent some time with NFL teams like the Kansas City Chiefs.

Terrill Shaw's Pro Football Journey
Terrill Shaw started his professional football career in the year 2000. He joined the Buffalo Destroyers in the Arena Football League. The AFL is a type of indoor football league.
Becoming an ArenaBowl Champion
In 2001, Terrill Shaw moved to the Grand Rapids Rampage. This was a big year for him! He helped his team win the championship game, called ArenaBowl XV.
During that game, Shaw was amazing. He caught twelve passes for 172 yards. He also scored five touchdowns! Because of his great performance, he was named the MVP of ArenaBowl XV. The Rampage won the game 62-42 against the Nashville Kats.
Time in the NFL and NFL Europe
After his success in the AFL, Terrill Shaw got a chance to play in the NFL. In January 2002, he signed with the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Chiefs sent him to NFL Europe to play for the Berlin Thunder. NFL Europe was a league that helped players get more experience. Shaw played there for a few months. Later, he decided to leave his contract with the Chiefs.
In 2003, Shaw signed with another NFL team, the New Orleans Saints. He was with the Saints for a short time before being released in August 2003.
Returning to the Arena Football League
Terrill Shaw then returned to the Arena Football League. He signed with the Las Vegas Gladiators in late 2003. He played there until May 2004.
Soon after, he joined the Philadelphia Soul. He continued to play in the AFL for several more years. From 2005 to 2006, he played for the Dallas Desperados.
His last team in the AFL was the Tampa Bay Storm. He joined them in October 2006 and played until October 2008. Terrill Shaw had a long and successful career in the Arena Football League.
Personal Life
Terrill Shaw is married to Eri Shaw. They have three sons. His oldest son attends Allen High School.
