The Care Bears Family is a fun Canadian cartoon show. It was made by a company called Nelvana. This show is part of the popular Care Bears world. It came after another Care Bears cartoon made by DIC Entertainment.

The show first aired in Canada on the Global Television Network from September 13, 1986, to January 23, 1988. In the United States, the first two seasons were shown on ABC. The third season was shown in different places across the country.

The Care Bears live in a magical place high up in the clouds. This special home is called Care-a-Lot. It's part of a bigger area known as the Kingdom of Caring.
