Discover the Story: The Oracle Games' Adventures
These games follow the hero Link on two separate but linked adventures. Each game has its own unique world and a special power that Link must use.
Journey Through Seasons in Oracle of Seasons
In The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons, Link is magically sent to a land called Holodrum. Here, he meets a group of performers and discovers that one of them, a dancer named Din, is actually the Oracle of Seasons.
Suddenly, an evil general named Onox appears. He captures Din to gain immense power. When Din is taken, the seasons in Holodrum go completely wild, causing chaos everywhere. Link's mission is to find the "Essences of Nature." These special items will help him defeat Onox and bring balance back to the seasons, saving Din and Holodrum.
Travel Through Time in Oracle of Ages
In The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages, Link is sent to a different land called Labrynna. He meets a woman named Impa, and together they go to see a singer named Nayru. Nayru is the Oracle of Ages, meaning she controls time.
But there's a twist! Impa is secretly being controlled by a powerful sorceress named Veran, the Sorceress of Shadows. Veran leaves Impa and takes over Nayru's body. This causes time in Labrynna to become completely chaotic. Link must find the "Essences of Time" to rescue Nayru from Veran and restore the flow of time in Labrynna.

In Oracle of Seasons, the environment changes with the season. From top left going clockwise: spring, summer, winter, autumn. Gameplay is sometimes affected by the seasons; during the winter for example, a path opens up that cannot be accessed during any other season; or during spring, the flower can be used to access otherwise unreachable ledges.
