The Plot is a fun video game that came out in 1988. It was made by a company called Odin Computer Graphics and published by Firebird Software. You could play it on computers like the Amstrad CPC and the Sinclair Spectrum. This game was the very last one released by Odin.

About the Game

The Plot is a 2D game where you jump and explore. It's called a "platformer" because you move your character by jumping between different platforms and levels. The game uses "flip-screen" action, which means when you walk to the edge of one screen, the view instantly changes to a new area.

What's the Story?

The game is a funny take on a real historical event called the Gunpowder Plot from 1605. In that event, a group of people, including Guy Fawkes, tried to blow up the English Houses of Parliament.

In The Plot game, you play as Guy Fawkes! Your mission is to explore the secret tunnels and rooms under Parliament. You need to find and collect sticks of dynamite. These are needed to build a big bomb.

How to Play

As you search, you can also pick up fireworks. These fireworks give you extra points and sometimes special powers to help you. Once you've gathered enough dynamite, you'll find a special firework. You must take this special firework back to the very first screen of the game. When you light it there, you win the game!
