Thomas Wayne was known as one of the best doctors in Gotham City. He was also the founder of Wayne Enterprises, a very successful business. He had a strong and loving relationship with his son, Bruce. They spent a lot of time together, and Thomas taught Bruce many important things.
The Tragic Event
One night, a terrible event changed Bruce Wayne's life forever. Thomas Wayne and his wife, Martha, were sadly killed by a criminal named Joe Chill. This tragic loss deeply affected Bruce. Because of their deaths, Bruce decided to dedicate his life to fighting crime and protecting Gotham City. This is how he became the superhero known as Batman.
