Three Oaks is found in the south-central part of Lee County, Florida. You can find it at these coordinates: 26°28′4″N 81°47′45″W / 26.46778°N 81.79583°W.
- To the south, it shares a border with the village of Estero.
- To the west, it's next to the San Carlos Park community.
- Interstate 75, a major highway, runs along its eastern edge. You can get into Three Oaks from Exit 128 (Alico Road).
If you drive north on I-75, it's about 10 miles to the eastern side of Fort Myers. If you head south, it's about 22 miles to the Naples area.
