Tiffiny Elizabeth Hall, born on July 11, 1984, is an Australian personal trainer, writer, and TV star. She is well-known for her roles on TV shows like Gladiators, The Circle, and The Biggest Loser Australia: Families.
About Tiffiny Hall
Tiffiny Hall was born in Melbourne, Australia. Her parents, Martin and Jeanette Hall, own a Taekwondo center. Tiffiny is the oldest of three children. She grew up in a suburb called Essendon.
She went to Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School. A famous Australian writer, John Marsden, was her English teacher there.
Tiffiny studied at the University of Melbourne. In 2007, she earned a degree in Media and Communications. She also studied French. Tiffiny is a very skilled martial artist. She holds a Sixth Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo.
Tiffiny's Career Journey
Tiffiny started her career as a writer. She wrote for the Herald Sun newspaper. She also wrote for different magazines.
In 2008, Tiffiny joined the TV show Gladiators. On the show, her Gladiator name was Angel.
In 2010, she became a regular on the morning TV show The Circle. She shared health and fitness tips. She also helped the show's host, Chrissie Swan, with weight loss.
In 2011, Tiffiny became a trainer on The Biggest Loser: Families. This was the sixth season of the show. While on the show, she wrote a blog for the official Biggest Loser website. She also wrote a weekly column for OK! magazine. Her book, Weightloss Warrior: How to win the battle within, came out in April 2011. Tiffiny returned to The Biggest Loser Singles in 2012. She trained the White Team.
Tiffiny has written several health books. In 2012, she released Fatloss For Good. She also released a cookbook called Lighten Up.
She has also written books for kids! In 2012, she released White Ninja. This was the first book in her Roxy Ran series. The second book, Red Samurai, came out in 2013. The third book, Black Warrior, was released in 2014.
In 2019, Tiffiny and her husband wrote a book together. It is called "A First Time For Everything". This book is about their first year as parents.
Tiffiny's Family Life
In 2014, Tiffiny married Ed Kavalee. He is a comedian, radio host, actor, and filmmaker.
Tiffiny and Ed have two children. Their first child was born in September 2017. Their second child was born in May 2022.
