Tillar is a small town located in the state of Arkansas, in the United States. It is found in both Desha and Drew counties. In 2020, about 172 people lived there. Long ago, the area to the west of Tillar was called Tillar Station. A special church, the Frank Tillar Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church, South, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places because it is an important historical building.

In the past, there was a school district called Desha-Drew. It ran two schools in Tillar: the B. C. Prewitt Memorial Elementary and Junior High School, and another called Tillar School. In 1993, the Desha-Drew district closed down, and parts of it, including Tillar, joined the McGehee School District.
Today, there is also a private Christian school in Tillar called Cornerstone Christian Academy.

- Mark D. McElroy is an Arkansas State Representative. He lives in Tillar.
- Charlotte Tillar Schexnayder (1923 - 2020) was a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives from 1985 to 1999. She helped make laws for the state.
