Interstate 10, a major highway, forms the border between Tillmans Corner and Theodore. You can get onto I-10 from Exit 13 (Theodore Dawes Road). If you drive northeast on I-10, you'll reach Downtown Mobile in about 14 miles. If you go west, you'll get to Pascagoula, Mississippi in about 27 miles.
