Timothy Maddren (born 3 March 1984) is a talented musician from New Zealand. He is best known for being a member of the popular Australian children's music group Hi-5. Tim was part of Hi-5 for four years, from 2009 to 2013, and appeared in 135 episodes across three seasons.

Early Life and Musical Beginnings
Tim Maddren was born in Blenheim, New Zealand. He grew up in a family that loved music, which helped him develop his skills in performing and entertaining from a young age. Tim learned to play many instruments, including the guitar, piano, trumpet, and drums. He is also left-handed!
In 2003, Tim moved to Perth, Australia. There, he studied at the WAAPA, a famous school for performers. He graduated from WAAPA in 2005.
Tim's Exciting Career
Tim Maddren has performed in many different shows and musicals. He has been in plays like Fiddler on the Roof (in 2007), A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum, and Les Miserables. In 2008, he was part of the first Australian cast of the musical comedy Altar Boyz, where he played the character of Luke.
Television Appearances
Tim has also appeared on television. He had a guest role as Connor in the TV show Blue Water High, which was shown on ABC TV.
Teaching and Hi-5
Before joining Hi-5, Tim taught singing and acting at the Ministry of Dance in North Melbourne. He became a member of the Hi-5 cast on 5 January 2009. Tim has said that the best part of being in Hi-5 was "seeing all the happy faces on the kids when we're up there performing in front of them."
Other Acting Roles
While he was still with Hi-5, Tim also acted in the musical The Addams Family, playing the role of Lucas Beineke. More recently, Tim has been performing as Brad Majors in the Australian tour of The Rocky Horror Show.
