Toadstool Geologic Park is a unique natural area located in the far northwestern part of Nebraska. It is found within the Oglala National Grassland and is looked after by the United States Forest Service. The park is famous for its unusual landscape, which includes a type of land called badlands. It also has a rebuilt sod house, which shows how early settlers lived. The park gets its name from its amazing rock shapes, many of which look like giant toadstools or mushrooms.
