Movie Story
Three new students, Sam, Clover, and Alex, arrive in Los Angeles. They meet by chance at their new high school. Unknown to them, a secret agency called WOOHP is watching them closely. WOOHP decides to recruit them to become spies.
Becoming Spies
The girls agree to join the spy training program. They finish their training in just 48 hours. After their quick training, they are sent on their first big mission. Rock stars have been disappearing!
The Fabulizor Mystery
The spies investigate and find a mysterious machine called the "Fabulizor." This machine gives people makeovers. Soon, everyone at their school also gets a makeover from the Fabulizor. Even a pig named Oinky goes through it!
The girls discover that people who used the Fabulizor have a special chip in their cheekbones. This chip makes them hypnotized. They then meet the person behind everything: Fabu. He is a former runway model who lost his fame.
Fabu's Evil Plan
The spies accidentally reveal themselves and are captured by Fabu's strong helpers. Fabu explains his whole plan. He wants to take everyone who used the Fabulizor to a space station called Fabutopia. Then, he plans to use a missile to destroy Earth. Before that, he uses the Fabulizor in reverse to give the girls terrible makeovers. He then puts them in rockets to send them back to Earth.
Another agent named Tad appears. He says he will let the girls fail and stop Fabu himself. Tad wants to get back his "favorite agent" status with Jerry, the head of WOOHP.
Stopping Fabu
Tad fights Fabu but ends up tied to the missile heading for Earth. The girls manage to escape their rockets. They chase after Fabu. They can't stop the missile from launching, but they manage to get on it. With Tad still attached, the missile rockets towards Earth.
The girls work together to turn the missile around. Alex hits the control panel with the WOOHP manual. The missile then heads back to destroy Fabu's space station. Jerry, from WOOHP, arrives in a ship to rescue everyone. They save the kidnapped people from the station, including Oinky. The girls are reunited just before the missile explodes, destroying Fabutopia in a big firework show.
They then chase Fabu's ship, destroy it, and catch him in his escape pod. After the mission, Alex gets an invitation from Wolfman. Clover is asked on a date by Rob Hearthrob.
After the Mission
Miss Skritch, a strict teacher, is moved to a new school in Antarctica. Fabu, his helpers, and Tad are arrested by WOOHP. Everyone rescued from Fabu's space station has their memory erased. This includes Mandy, a rival at school.
Just when the girls think they've gotten back at Mandy, they are pulled into another mission. They quickly change into their spy uniforms. The movie ends with them ready for their next adventure, showing their strong friendship.
