Triengen is a town, also called a municipality, in the canton of Lucerne in Switzerland. It is part of the Sursee district.
Triengen has grown over the years by joining with other towns. On January 1, 2005, it merged with Kulmerau and Wilihof. Then, on January 1, 2009, Triengen also merged with Winikon. Each time, the combined town kept the name Triengen.
