Tulalip Bay was once a special area in western Snohomish County, Washington, in the United States. It was called a census-designated place (CDP), which means it was a place the government counted for population, but it wasn't a city or town. In the year 2000, about 1,561 people lived there. After 2010, it was no longer counted as a CDP. Tulalip Bay is the biggest community inside the reservation of the Tulalip Tribes of Washington, who are a group of Native Americans recognized by the government.
