Valbo is a town in Sweden. It is located southwest of the city of Gävle and is part of Gävle Municipality in Gävleborg County. In 2010, about 7,065 people lived here, making it a lively community.
Valbo is well-known for its big shopping center, Valbo köpcentrum. It's also the hometown of Nicklas Bäckström, a famous hockey player who won the Stanley Cup!

Ludvigsberg School
Ludvigsbergsskolan, or Ludvigsberg School, is also in central Valbo. This school teaches students in the first three years of compulsory school and also has intermediate grades. Around 400 students attend Ludvigsberg School.
Alborga School
Alborga skola, or Alborga School, is located in the northern part of Valbo. It focuses on the first three years of compulsory school and has about 100 students.
Former School: Häcklinge
Häcklingeskolan (Häcklinge School) closed in 2005. The students who went there were moved to Sofiedal School.
