As of 2003, Valdemeca had 101 people living there. There were 56 males and 45 females. The population density is very low. It is only 1.4 people per square kilometer. The mayor of Valdemeca is Mr. Moisés Heras García. He belongs to the political party called Izquierda Unida de Castilla-La Mancha. Valdemeca is special because it has a "one-man municipal council".
