Valley Falls is a small village in the state of Rhode Island, United States. It is part of the town of Cumberland. About 12,000 people live here, according to the 2020 census.
Valley Falls has an interesting history, especially with its old factories. A very famous company, Berkshire Hathaway, actually started here in 1839. It was founded by Oliver Chace as a cotton factory called the Valley Falls Company. The Ann & Hope Mill is another well-known building in Valley Falls.
