History of the Vancouver Warriors
The Warriors play their home games at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. This is the same arena where the Vancouver Canucks hockey team plays. Before 2018, the team was known as the Vancouver Stealth. They played at the Langley Events Centre in Langley.
Team Moves and Name Changes
The team has moved and changed its name several times. It started as the Albany Attack in 2000. Then, it moved to San Jose in 2004 and became the San Jose Stealth. In 2010, the team moved to Everett, Washington, and was called the Washington Stealth. While in Washington, they won the Champion's Cup in 2010. This is a big championship trophy in lacrosse!
In 2014, the team moved to Vancouver and became the Vancouver Stealth. In 2017, the Vancouver Stealth made it to the NLL Playoffs for the first time since 2013. In 2018, the team was sold to Canucks Sports & Entertainment. They decided to give the team a new look and name. On September 21, 2018, the team was officially renamed the Vancouver Warriors.

In the 2024 NLL season, Ryan Dilks won the Defensive Player of the Year award. This award goes to the best defensive player in the league.
