In 2010, the population of Vandenberg Village was 6,497 people. This was more than the 5,802 people who lived there in 2000. The community is located in the hills just north of Lompoc, California. While Vandenberg Village has some shops, many people travel to Lompoc for their daily needs. It is also very close to Vandenberg Space Force Base.
