Vineyard is a community in Sacramento County, California, USA. It is part of the larger Sacramento metropolitan area. In 2010, about 24,836 people lived here. This was a big jump from 2000, when only 10,109 people lived in Vineyard. The community has also become known for its diverse population.

Vineyard is found at 38°27′52″N 121°20′49″W. It covers an area of about 17.2 square miles (44.5 square kilometers). All of this area is land, with no water.

The community has clear boundaries:
- To the north, it is bordered by Jackson Road.
- To the east, it is near Grant Line Road.
- Calvine Road forms its southern border.
- Elk Grove Florin Road is on its western side.
