Waddington Channel is a narrow waterway, like a natural river, found in British Columbia, Canada. It flows between two islands called East Redonda and West Redonda Island. These islands are part of the beautiful Discovery Islands.

Waddington Channel links two other important waterways. To the south, it connects with Desolation Sound. To the north, it joins Pryce Channel.
