Washington is a town located in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin, United States. In 2010, about 7,182 people lived there. This made it the second-biggest town in the county by population.
The town of Washington is mostly located along the south side of the cities of Eau Claire and Altoona, Wisconsin. A small community called Brackett is also part of the town.

The United States Census Bureau says that Washington covers a total area of 56.5 square miles (146.4 square kilometers). Most of this area, 56.1 square miles (145.2 square kilometers), is land. The remaining 0.5 square miles (1.2 square kilometers) is water.

Most people in Washington were White (96.28%). There were also smaller numbers of African American (0.34%), Native American (0.53%), and Asian (1.46%) residents. About 1.06% of the population was Hispanic or Latino.
