Wetetnagami Lake is a beautiful freshwater lake in Quebec, Canada. It's a big part of the Wetetnagami River system. This lake is located in the eastern part of Senneterre, within the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region.

That's because the lake is at the very heart of the Wetetnagami Lake Protected Biodiversity Reserve. This reserve helps protect nature and allows people to enjoy the outdoors.
You can reach the lake's area by using special forest roads. The lake's surface usually freezes over from early December until the end of April, making it a winter wonderland!
Discovering Wetetnagami Lake
Wetetnagami Lake is quite long, stretching about 18.7 kilometres (11.6 mi). It gets its water from a few different places. The Saint-Père River flows into the east side, and some smaller streams bring water from the west. The Wetetnagami River also feeds the lake from the south.
The water from Wetetnagami Lake flows out from a bay on its north side, continuing into the Wetetnagami River.
