White Branch is a small community in Benton County, Missouri, in the United States. It is known as a census-designated place (CDP). This means it's a special area the government uses to collect information about people, even though it doesn't have its own local government like a city.
White Branch is located in the southwest part of Benton County. It sits on the south side of the Osage River. A smaller stream, also called White Branch, flows into the Osage River right here.
If you look north across the Osage River, you'll see the city of Warsaw. Warsaw is important because it's the main town, or county seat, for Benton County. U.S. Route 65 runs along the western edge of White Branch. This highway can take you north about 35 miles (56 km) to Sedalia or south about 77 miles (124 km) to Springfield.
White Branch was first officially recognized as a census-designated place before the 2020 census.
